3 Review Costs
The “My Wishes” plan can be used
by Everest to compare prices from
the family’s choice of local funeral homes via a phone survey
An Everest Senior Advisor will
summarize the prices for service charges, caskets, etc., and review with the family
If requested, Everest will help
negotiate the terms and pricing with the funeral home
4 Finalize Arrangements
Once the family
selects a funeral home, Everest
communicates the “My Wishes” plan
directly to the funeral home, serving as an advocate to ensure
that each wish is understood and respected
5 Stay in Touch
The Everest Senior Advisor will be
available around the clock to work with the
family if other issues surface
The Everest Senior Advisor can also
assist the family with the selection of other service
and product providers such as cemeteries, cremation services and monument
or memorial suppliers
