If you became a client as a benefit of an employer’s company sponsored employee benefit plan and are dissatisfied with or have suggestions for improving our services, we want to hear from you. Please call 1-877-456-5050 and request a conference call with a client services manager to discuss your concerns.

Clients who purchased Everest’s services directly from Everest may contact a client services manager at 1-877-456-5050 and may also request a refund. Refund requests must be received no later than 30 days after the date of the client’s funeral, and any refund provided will not exceed the total amount paid to Everest by the client.
