We are only satisfied when you are completely satisfied with our services.

If you or your family is not satisfied with our services, you or your family may request a refund of the Everest Service Fee by contacting us at 1-877-456-5050. This request must be received no later than 30 days after the date of the client’s funeral.

Any refund provided will not exceed the total amount paid to Everest by the client.
